We will tell you SVF patch or SP version detail if you send us a log file generated by SPA run-time checker. You can get a log file generated by SPA run-time checker as follows:
For Windows
- Download "Runtimechk_SPA.zip" attached in this article.
- Extract Runtimechk_SPA.zip and copy "Runtimechk_SPA.bat" to local folder on the machine where SPA or SPA Bridge Service is installed.
- Double-click Runtimechk_SPA.bat.
- Ensure SPA installation directory and system directory shown in the command prompt are correct and hit Enter key.
- Click [x] once log file is generated.
For Linux
(This step needs to be done by user who has installed SPA or SPA Bridge Service).
- Download "Runtimechk_SPA.zip" attached in this article.
- Extract Runtimechk_SPA.zip and copy "Runtimechk_SPA" to local folder on the machine where SPA or SPA Bridge Service is installed.
- Grant execute permission to "Runtimechk_SPA" shell.
- Execute Runtimechk_SPA.
- Ensure SPA installation directory and system directory shown in the command prompt are correct and hit y key.
- Close the dialog once log file is generated.
Note:
- SPA run-time checker works on any operating systems which SPA supports (AIX is not supported).
- SPA run-time checker doesn't support Unix version of SPA.
