Question: I got an error "A network error occurred" and cannot connect Salesforce when I log in to VyNDEX. How can I fix it?
Answer: This error occurs when you access your network via proxy server. It can be fixed as follows:
1. Open VyNDEX tab and click Options - Connections.
2. Make sure Enable Windows default settings is ticked.
