Question: I cannot fetch Salesforce data with an error message. How can I fix it?
Answer: If you use VyNDEX 220.127.116.11 or later, open, and save any sheet created in older version of VyNDEX, you may get following error and fail to pull the Salesforce data: The key you specified doesn't exist in the directory. You can fix it as follows:
- Open the sheet and login to Salesforce in VyNDEX tab.
- Choose target object in Select Object and click OK.
- Open Field Editor and click OK to pull the data again.
- Click Pull and make sure the error message no longer show.
