From security perspective, WingArc decided to exclude Windows 7 from our cloud service system requirement on 14 January 2020.
If you are using Windows 7 with either of following services, we strongly recommend you upgrade to the newer version of Windows by then.

- Dr.Sum Cloud
Support policy for the software products that are no longer supported by the manufactures
Besides Windows 7, following products will be excluded from our cloud service system requirement on 14 January 2020 since their product lives have already been ended:
- Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 7 Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate (32bit/64bit)
- Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2008 (32/64bit)
- Microsoft(R) Windows(R) Server 2008 R
These browsers have no longer been supported since Salesforce already retired support for them. See this article for detail.
