All log files for Dr. Sum Ver. 4.2 or later can be retrieved in Dr. Sum Enterprise Manager as follows:
- Launch Enterprise Manager.
- Click Log tab
- Select date & time for From and To (specify 1 day before you experienced any issues for From).
- Untick "MONITOR.SYSTEM" and "MONITOR.DRSUMEA" in Log categories.
- Click Download button.
- Specify destination and file name
- Click OK.
For Dr. Sum EA Ver. 4.1 or earlier, Log files can be found under DrSumEA4*\Server\System.
