All log files for Dr. Sum Ver. 4.x or later can be retrieved in Dr. Sum Enterprise Manager as follows:
- Launch Enterprise Manager.
- Click Log tab
- Select date & time for From and To (specify 1 day before you experienced any issues for From).
- Make sure to untick "MONITOR.SYSTEM" and "MONITOR.DRSUMEA" in Log Categories.
- Click Download button.
- Specify destination and file name
- Click OK.
If you experience any issues and request us for any investigation, please send the log files as well as date/time you observed the issue and your product version number.
