Dr. Sum (Dr. Sum EA) products running in cloud environment are supported when following conditions are met:
- Operating system is supported by cloud software providers.
- Operating system and middle ware running in cloud environment are supported by WingArc.

(*1) Option products are also supported.
Important Note:
- Customers may need to contact with cloud software provider if the issue can be cloud software specific.
- Customers may be asked to reconstruct their environment if need.
- If the issue occurs in cloud environment only, WingArc may not be able to investigate or resolve the issue.
