This article describes our support policy for Windows10 Servicing Channels (Windows as Service).
We will start to run Dr. Sum and MotionBoard compatibility test with the latest version of Windows10 after Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted) is released. We will also update System Requirement pages once we confirm Dr. Sum and MotionBoard products operate on the latest version of Windows10 without any compatibility issue.
We will release any patches or service packs if we detect any critical issues with Windows10 and announce it as importance Notice.

Target Product and Version
- All Dr. Sum and MotionBoard products and versions which supports Windows10 and are under maintenance service (See system requirements for Dr. Sum and MotionBoard for detail).
- All Dr. Sum and MotionBoard which meet following condition: Any middlewares used on Windows10 are supported by their manufacturers. This includes Java, .NET Framework and Web browsers etc...

Dr. Sum and MotionBoard support for Windows10 is not available when:
- You've not applied Dr. Sum and MotionBoard versions or patches which support Windows10 major update.
- Your Windows10 version is the old LTSC which is no longer supported by Microsoft.
