Summary
When the Summary Method is set to either [Maximum Value] or [Max of Total], and all of the data to be summarized is less than or equal to 0, the summary result can either be [0] or [NaN].
There are 3 cases wherein the issue occurs:
Case 1: Summary result is [0]
- Data Source: CSV, Excel, Google Analytics, Plugin
- Summary Method: [Maximum Value] or [Max of Total]
- Data to be Summarized: All are negative numbers
Case 2: Summary result is [0]
- Data Source: Dr.Sum, Other DBs, MotionBoard View
- Summary Method: [Maximum Value] or [Max of Total]
- Data to be Summarized: All are negative numbers
- Row/Column Items: Includes either Group, Date Group, or Master Items
Case 3: Summary result is [NaN]
- Data Source: In-memory Tables
- Summary Method: [Maximum Value] or [Max of Total]
- Data to be Summarized: All are 0
Resolution
For MotionBoard Ver.5.7, the fix was released last 13th of Feb, 2018 in version 5.7.00.0020. Please contact us for instructions on how to download the patch.
For the other versions of MotionBoard, the patch will be released in the coming days.
