This article describes our support policy for Windows10 Servicing Channels (Windows as Service).
We will start to run SVF/SPA compatibility test with the latest version of Windows10 after Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted) is released and announce support details once we confirm SVF and SPA products operate on the latest version of Windows10 without any compatibility issue.
We will release any patches or service packs if we detect any critical issues with Windows10 and announce it as importance Notice.
|Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted) / (a.k.a. Current Build (CB)||Won't be supported||Support details will be announced within 3 weeks since Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted) is released.|
|Semi-Annual Channel / (a.k.a.Current Build for Business (CBB))||Support details will be announced within 2.5 months since Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted) is released.|
|Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) / (a.k.a. Long-Term Servicing Branch (LTSB))||Will be supported||Will be supported|
Target Product and Version
- All SVF and SPA products and versions which supports Windows10 and are under maintenance service (See system requirements for SVF and SPA for detail).
- All SVF and SPA products which meet following condition: Any middlewares used on Windows10 are supported by their manufacturers. This includes Java, .NET Framework and Web browsers etc...

SVF and SPA support for Windows10 is not available when:
- You've not applied SVF/SPA versions or patches which support Windows10 major update.
- Your Windows10 version is the old LTSC which is no longer supported by Microsoft.
