VyNDEX log files
VyNDEX log files are archived in C:\Users\<username>\Documents\VyNDEX. Please compress all the files and send them to us.
Bulk Data Load Jobs
If you experience any issues when updating data with Bulk API, error details may be logged in Bulk Data Load Jobs in Salesforce. Retrieve the logs as follows and send them to us.
1. Log in with Salesforce.
2. Go to Setup in right upper corner.
3. Enter "Bulk Data Load Jobs" in Quick Find/Search box in the left pane. and Click Bulk Data Load Jobs under Monitoring.
4. Click ID for the target job.
5. Click View Result. Log file "Result" will be downloaded in your local folder.
