Issue Description
When importing group information in "new" mode, users belonging to the Administrators group are deleted from the Administrators group. The deleted user's information is still displayed in the Current Members in the Administrators group property but the Administrators group is not displayed in the Selected Groups in the deleted user's property.
For this issue, the following problems occur:
<Administrator account>
Cannot output a definition information.
<Non-administrator accounts belonging to the Administrators group>
Cannot do any operations which are allowed for Administrator group (get the same result of "GET_GROUP_INFO" function as a user not belonging to the Administrators group gets).
When it occurs
It occurs when you do either of the following operations:
- Select Import System Information - Import Group Information and import in the "New" mode.
- Execute "dwsys_import" command with following arguments:
- mode="import"
- type="new"
- file_format="group"
How to check this issue
- Log in to the Enterprise Manager with the Administrator account.
- Open the Administrator account property and check if the Administrators group is displayed in the Selected Groups. This issue doesn't occur if the Administrators group is displayed.
- Open the Administrators group property and check if the Administrator account is displayed in the Current Members. This issue occurs if the Administrator account is displayed. There is another issue if the Administrator account is not displayed. Please contact us if that is the case.
(*) If Administrator account is disable run the following command in the command prompt to enable it in advance:
<Dr.Sum Server Installation folder>\bin\RebuildSystemTables.exe / admin_recover
Disable the Administrator account back after you confirm and fix the issue.
How to fix
You can fix the issue by running following steps:
- Go to File in the Enterprise Manager and select Export System Information - System Internal Format.
* Alternatively you can run the command "dwsys_import" with "mode:export" and "file_format:""". - Go to File in the Enterprise Manager and select Import System Information - System Internal Format.
* You need to switch to administrative mode in advance.
* Alternatively you can run the command "dwsys_import" with "mode:import" and "file_format:""".
* If Administrator account is disable, run the following command in the command prompt in advance:
<Dr.Sum Server Installation folder>\bin\RebuildSystemTables.exe / admin_recoverDisable the Administrator account back after you confirm and fix the issue.
