Salesforce has limitation of the total API requests per edition.
VyNDEX also makes API requests to Salesforce.
The following table lists the number of API requests (calls) per VyNDEX feature.

Processing for the case of exceeding Bulk API Limits (*2)
When exceeding the Bulk API Limits, the number of API requests (calls) is differed depending on the dividing way of the relevant process (*1) and the used network speed.
(*1)According to the Salesforce specifications, the process that loads data more than the specified volume is divided.

Limits are not on a per-user basis. When an org exceeds a limit, all users in the org can be temporarily blocked from making additional calls.
Calls are blocked until usage for the preceding 24 hours drops below the limit.
