This error occurs when the MotionBoard Server IP is refused connection based on Salesforce’s Login IP Ranges setting. Below is a guide on how to check the settings.
Setting the IP-range Limitation for a Specific User
Modify a user’s Login IP Ranges setting.
- Login to Salesforce and go to the [Setup] page.
Go to My Personal Information - Personal Information
- On the User Detail window, click the Profile value to go to the Profile window.
- Look for the Login IP Ranges section.
Note: If there are no settings, click the New button and input [0.0.0.0] to the Start IP Address, and [255.255.255.255] to the End IP address field.
Note: If the IP address your company uses is already set, then add the [220.127.116.11] to the Start IP Address, and [18.104.22.168] to the End IP address field, and click save. Again set [22.214.171.124] to the Start IP Address, and [126.96.36.199] to the End IP address field, and click save.
