If you’ve ran out of storage capacity, you can perform the following operations to free up space:
1. Delete Upload Files Open Management - System Settings - Information - Data Source and check the data source used for each connection destination. Tip: You can also download the list as a text file by clicking on the CSV Download button.
 Note: There are different methods for deleting Private and Shared items.
[Shared Items] Go to Management - Shared Items Management and delete the unnecessary files on the CSV/Excel and Data Source tabs.
[Private Items] Take note of the dashboard locations shown in the above list, and choose a dashboard to edit. While on dashboard edit mode, go to Board Management and remove unnecessary files under the Data tab.
2. Deleting Files in Shared Folders Go to the Shared Folder tab in Management - Shared Items Management.

Right click a Shared Folder in the tree and select Delete Folder from the pop-up menu to delete the folder. Note: To know more about Shared Folders, please see the manual: Chapter 19-5 Creating and Operating shared Folder Items in Feature Reference in Creating and Viewing Boards for more detail. 3. Delete History MotionBoard Cloud stores three generations worth of history data for each board.
Deleting History Records Individually Select and right-click on a dashboard from the dashboard tree (click the MBCloud logo if the dashboard tree is not visible). On the pop-up menu, choose History. Tip: You can select multiple history records before clicking the Delete History button.
 
Delete All History Go to Help - Control Panel.
Choose Usage from the menu on the Control Panel window. In the Usage window, look for and click the Delete button.
4. Delete Samples WingArc provides sample dashboards under Board/Sample, Board/Sample[Mobile]. If the sample dashboards are no longer needed, you can delete them by right-clicking on either folder and selecting Delete Folder. Note: If needed, WingArc can once again provide the sample folders to clients.
Also, along with the dashboards you should also delete the images and data used in the sample dashboards.
[Files used in the Sample Dashboards] Open Management - Shared Items Management, and go to the following tabs and delete the files in the sample folder: - CSV/Excel tab - Image tab - Shared Folder tab - Image Map tab Note: Be careful not to delete individually uploaded files in the folder.
5. Delete Files from Trash Folders and dashboards in the Trash Bin are still counted against storage capacity. If no longer needed, you can delete them by right-clicking on either folder and selecting Delete Folder.
